Mortal Kombat Online Tounament

Pissed I didn't know about this before. MLG/Sony are hosting a free MK9 tournament over PSN from May 2nd to May 29th. I just signed up so I've got 4 days to make it into the top 32 out of 114 people (so far) before the final round starts. Prizes are:


The 1st prize winner shall receive. $2,500
The 2nd prize winner shall receive: $1,500
The 3rd prize winner shall receive: $750
The 4th prize winner shall receive: $250



I've never placed lower than top 4 in any MK9 tournament I've entered so hopefully I can keep that streak going.....That's if I can make it. Regardless, I'll update my progress on here.


May 25th: 114th place, match scheduled for Sunday.
May 26th: 25th place, got an early match but still one scheduled for Sunday.

You could still join, it's going on for a couple more days until the final tournament of the top 32. I've already made it to number 25, though I could drop if I lose my next match.
