Yeah, it is kinda sad, but hey it's not like we actually died or anything. We still have conversations every once in a while. I know if I ever have any issues with anything technical I can always turn to you guys. Way of the Pride has been around for what? 5 years? And even then a few of us were part of the 500 Underground Black Ops (which failed miserably, as you probably remember Proceed). Hell, I first talked to Lone when we got matched up in a tournament when I was still editing on wmm. I think the video he submitted was his Goku tribute with From Yesterday.

Basically, the point I'm trying to make is that we go back quite a bit for internet friends. It's like leaving high school friends behind. You still talk to them every once in a while, but not 24/7 anymore.

I know I usually flake on this stuff, but I say we get a little MEP going to kind of bring everyone back together. Not a big, ambitious one like the Dead By April MEP, but just a short one with 15-20 second parts. Just to kinda remind ourselves how we all actually met and became a part of this group.

A MEP sounds good, I'm down with that

We could also start that bi-weekly or monthly AMV contest i talked about. Just some friendly competition between a few people. And each time, whoever won the last time is the judge the next time or if someone volunteers to be the judge.

i like em both, but for them both they dont have the right kinda pacing to suit everyones editing style. Gateways has the right kind of pacing that works for everyone.

tbh im wanting to do another mep with a song like our "a slave a son" mep. if anyone has a song that comes close to it lemme know and ill consider it.

Actually I didn't think I would be able to edit to Gateways that well haha, I don't usually edit hardcore action. I'm best at editing anywhere from slow songs to something like the chorus of two weeks by all that remains. But like I said, if everyone else agrees on the song I'll gladly give it a shot.

While I'd have to side with the "not a big screamo fan" side of the argument, but I gotta agree with Proceed, I LOVE rise against and Satellite is a great song, but its a bit unbalanced for a MEP sadly enough... would be great for a solo project though

But, as for Gateways, if I tried I could probably do a part of it, but I have a hard time getting into the song.

I really liked The Campaign though, it felt like it had a good balance from start to finish and didn't sound bad either, I seemed like it'd be enjoyable to edit maybe. Though for the ideas I got from it I'd need to find a good MKV to AVI converter XD

These are just my opinions though, tomorrow I'll try to think of a good MEP song instead of just being an opinionist

Yeah... Was never a fan of it before the song became overused haha.
