Main topic of the Season goes in here.
I still have the Lakers going for their 3rd straight. Though, in the West the other teams in the Top 8 other than Portland and Denver pose a real threat to them so far. And in the East it's Orlando and Boston, possibly Miami and Chicago too.
What I also find pretty funny is how much the Miami bandwagon jumpers on YT are gone now. In the off-season all you read on basketball videos was "Heat 2011 Champions, FUCK THE LAKERS" or something like that lol.

Yeah right now the Celtics and the Magic are the big threats in the east. I don't think the Heat will do anything. Besides not having fun according to Lebron haha,
The west will be dominating this year. Spurs look good, Hornets look good. Lakers are always good haha
also that video is awesome haha

Double post FTW!!!! haha.
But anyways great day... Because the Cavs won and the Heat lost haha. Also I think Miami is getting a new head coach, there was a players only meeting after their ass whooping by the Mavs today and this is also an indicator
It was definitely intensional... He swings his arm at the end like hes shoving him away.

Funny, Wade and Lebron were the ones to defend Coach Spo when people said he wasn't ready to coach. I believe the only team they beat that was good was the Magic early in the season. They beat Phoenix, but they have no defense so they hardly count as a good team without Amare. Lot's of people are saying Pat Riley's gonna come in, even Phil Jackson thinks so. I think that's a great thing if he does, one of the best coaches in NBA History.
So far it doesn't seem like the so-called '72+ win' team isn't even gonna finish first. But who knows, it's still really early.

Yeah... I'm looking forward to this Thursday tho.. have you heard that the Cavs are beefing up security for Lebron's return haha and any signs or shirts that are negative towards him are being confiscated and replaced with free Cavs shirts, so if you just right with a sharpie on a white t-shirt that Lebron sucks.. you get a free shirt hahaha

I'd be disappointed if LeBron doesn't drop 50 on them. Or at least a triple-double. I don't like LeBron, but those Cavs fans need to move on. It's becoming like the Vince Carter-Toronto situation but probably even worse haha

Hey there imma cavs fan, were not mad because he left, he's got the right to leave, the way he did it is why were mad. It was shady and an egotistical way to leave, the organization didn't know his "decision" till 10 mins before it aired. Plus he played around with other cities as well like with NY and Chicago, he already knew he was going to south beach at the beginning of the year.
Sorry for the rant but you gotta actually live here to understand why Cleveland is mad

Didn't mean to offend bro. I agree though, the poster boy of the NBA needs to get his head checked, but you gotta be happy that he's not doing good now, right? Lol.
Streaming the Lakers/Pacers game right now, Kobe's on his way to 40 points! But the Lake Show still down by 8

Oh I'm more than happy haha, and I will look forward to any Cavs game against them cause he will be a fucking try hard to prove his decision was right, and hopefully get their asses handed to them by a superior coach (Byron Scott) and team play, and any Lakers game to see Kobe show him what it means to be a great.

The Christmas game is the game I'm most anticipating. Watching the Lakers game with the fam is always fun, especially on Christmas! Kobe dropped 41, but the Lakers lost by 3 D:. The Pacers are playing pretty good basketball so far this year, beating the Heat, which on paper, shouldn't happen haha. And now they beat the Lakers. Danny Granger and Roy Hibbert are gonna be a good 1-2 punch if they can keep playing like how they are now!

I thought with the draft of Monroe and acquisition of Tracy McGrady that my Pistons would looks somewhat like a playoff team again. Not a contender mind you, just a playoff team.
How the hell do you trade away one person (Billups) and go from a contender to a below 500 team. Disgusting.

Cleveland is playing at an extremely high level but I get the sense that they're just kinda running on fumes right now. Riding the emotion of the city/crowd after the departure of James.

T-Mac is not the scorer he was, which disappoints me because he was one of my favorite players since his days in Toronto. I just hope that he doesn't end up like Iverson.

well i think you were right comp... Cavs have lost steam, if anything I'd say tank the season and go for Irving in the draft hahaha

I could only think of one reason why the Stars in the West moved to the East..
They're tired of losing to the Lake Show in the Playoffs.

nope the players want to play in other "Big cities" like New York and Miami, and Boston.... the only good "big city" is LA on the west coast... and if you want LA you want the lakers.. although the clippers is still an option what with blake griffen and all

Lol, it was a joke.
I could care less what happens in the East. Makes it harder for the other top teams to make the Finals, where the season most matters. With the Utah/New Jersey and NY/Denver trades, the Lakers road to the Finals were made a tiny bit easier.
But the OKC/Boston trade still makes the Thunder a tough matchup for the Lakers. They can finally play Bynum one-on-one and the perimeter guys still have to deal with Westbrook and Durant. And Harden is having a solid year.
I just think that the more younger Superstars there are in one team, the harder it will be for them to win a series in the playoffs. Like last night when the Heat lost to the Bulls, Wade and LeBron had like 70% of their teams points, the other part of their Big 3 went 1-18 and they only had 2 bench points. A lot went wrong with the Heat that game. And tonight, NY lost to the Cavs when Billups/'Melo/Amare had like 75% of the teams points. Granted it's like their 3rd game together, but still, it's a team game for a reason.

lol yeah, I missed the game but I was surprised that we won haha, but I agree with you tho.
The reason Boston works is because that big 3 (Now big 4 cause of Rondo) is that their playing styles mesh together, and they have a good support players. With Miami it pretty much what you said. They have 3 good players. 2 of which whose playing styles don't mesh well (Wade and Lebron) and pretty much no support. The Knicks are slightly similar although I think that they Melo, Amare, and Billups will mesh better. But they don't have any support haha.
